Volunteers needed to help plan a variety of events that promote fellowship & community. We need volunteers that are willing to meet periodically to plan, promote, organize and execute these events.
bingo
Games every Friday night from October to June. Concession help needed 5pm-8pm every other week. Various areas are in need help --pull tabs, selling cards, etc. Just sign up and we’ll find you a job.
Picnic
The parish picnic takes place for two days on the Friday and Saturday following Labor Day. It is a major community -building fundraiser for our parish. Many volunteers are needed to ensure the success of this event. Areas of need include picnic chairperson or co-chair, booth chairpersons, booth workers, kitchen chairperson, kitchen and dining room workers, helpers to set up for picnic, helpers to tear down, cake bakers and face painters and more. If you are willing to consider doing any of these things, sign up now and be a part of the fun!
Cabin Fever Reliever
The Cabin Fever Reliever is the second largest fundraiser at Incarnation. This mid-winter gaming event is held the 2nd to last Saturday in January. Volunteers are needed to help sell split the pot boards, pull tabs, deal cards, work booths, prepare food, set up & clean up before &after, kitchen help, cake bakers and more. A variety of time slots are available.
Yard Sale
Held the last Thursday, Friday and Saturday of July. Prior to the sale, volunteers are needed to receive, sort and price yard sale items. Help with sales the days of the yard sale in various areas…and after the sale help is needed to sort, deliver or store remaining donated items to other charities...Strong arms driving trucks are particularly needed on our moving days.
Fillies After Derby Party
Donations for prizes are welcomed - gift cards or new items. Volunteers needed to sell raffle tickets, kitchen help, baked goods, bingo callers, runners and more.
Survey Says
Teams work together to try and match survey questions. Volunteers needed to sell raffle tickets, concession stand help, baked goods, solicit donations for prizes, runners and more.
Bunco
Volunteers needed to set up, sell raffle tickets, kitchen & serving help, sell pull tabs & split the pots, runners and more.
Trunk-Or-Treat
The end of October. Need volunteers to decorate their cars and themselves to hand out candy to the community children that come through. Any candy donations are appreciated. Other areas have games, blow up jumpies, hayrides and food. All areas are in need of help that one spooky fun evening.
Light Up Incarnation & Santa
This event starts at the 4:00 pm Saturday mass and proceeds to the front of church where there is Caroling and a countdown to the lighting of thousands of lights across the campus.
Santa is available to hear the wishes of children and there is a special shopping area for kids at a minimal cost. Craft and game areas are available.
Car Show
In conjunction with St Paul’s church. Sponsorships and registrations are key to the success of this event. Held at the parking lot behind St Paul. Owners compete for trophies. Volunteers help with check-in, parking and food orders.
Craft Show
The Craft show is held the first Saturday of November. Booth space is sold to vendors. Volunteers are needed to help in various capacities, primarily in the kitchen.
